STUDIO RULES

No food or drinks should be thrown away in the trash : We had a mouse problem because of how often pizza boxes etc were in the trash. No liquids in the trash, because it’s very annoying to have to take out the trash especially if the bag rips. This also means you are responsible for the members you bring in.
The Studio closes on Saturdays at 6pm and Sunday at 5pm : This means you cannot be wrapping up around this time. Other events happen after closes time, and they can’t afford to be waiting. If you are a key holder, the studio is still closed for you at 5pm on Sunday, unless you were given permission by Studio owner.
Do not leave stuff in the studio, especially without notifying the Studio Owner or Manager: The studio is not a storage center. If you bring furniture accessories etc for a shoot. Do not leave it in the studio. The studio became very cluttered because photographers just started leaving things at the studio. We want it he studio to be clear of items and have alot of space.
Each photographer must put his/her name and bay they are using on the calendar: We do not want anyone in the studio who has not placed the time slot and bay they are using on the calendar. Remember that the flower bay is not a changing room, and anyone has the right to book it, and if you are in there, you must leave ASAP. Remember the waiting area is not a shooting bay or a changing room and no one should be shooting or changing there.
If your shoot is cancelled, remove it from the calendar: Alot of times photographers can’t book a bay because a photographer has it marked off, but the photographer never shows up. If you are not going to use a bay. remove it from the shared calendar.
Put back everything you use : A lot of times we find stools out, backdrops not rolled back , cords still plugged in. Or items just in different locations. Everything must placed back where they belong.
Do not touch items in the Lounge area : From the Egg chair, plants, chairs, etc. Everything in the lounge area is never meant to be moved. It is there for people to sit and wait only. Also, no photoshoots are to take place there.
No music with explicit lyrics in the studio if another photographer is in studio unless they say its ok : We have many photographers that shoot children, church members etc. You must be aware of the other photographers.
Do not leave balloons in studio: All Balloons must be popped and thrown away : Studio staff members are tired of having to pop balloons.
Do not have over 7 people at shoot : In the past we had a photographer bring 25 people to a shoot as 2 other photographers were also doing shoots. We wont let something like this happen again.
You cannot have other photographers in the studio: The membership is for you alone. Do not have other photographers taking photos if they do not have a membership.

If you see that there is water in the bucket from the leak dump the water out. If there is water in the bucket dump it out in the bathroom and put the bucket back in the same place. If you or someone during your shoot moves the bucket, please put it back in the same position under the leak to catch the dripping water.
Do not leave the heaters on: The Heaters in the Lounge area and back bay have remotes. Turn them off. The one near the backdrop bay has a knob. Make sure heaters are of when leaving.
Please do not cut off the seamless paper and fill up most of the trash can: Alot of times the trash can will get filled up in 24 hours because someone fills 80% of the can after a shoot. Then other just keep dumping trash over it. By the time we come into the studio it is a mountain of trash. The Industrial can is outside. Take the trash out and replace it with one of the bags located in the
